Same Old Arsenal, always crumbling.
Watching this game gave me such a headache.

I went about doing the things I needed to do, like doing my CNY spring cleaning (at an ungodly hour I know, considering that the game started at midnight) and simply felt nothing when Drogba banged in Chelsea's first goal on 7 minutes.

There I went, fixing a new shelf from Ikea for my house and then not long after, Chelsea was 2-0 up.

Same old, same old.

Once again, a performance that was piss-poor, even if it wasn't as bad as the display against United a whole week ago. The lads knew what was at stake and never found it in themselves to make things happen.

Wenger came out at midweek to say that he almost signed a player. That's simply adding fuel to the already big fire. Well, I'm not burning inside at least. I'm past that to the point of indifference. Hoping for the best simply has ended in disappointment and United and Chelsea have taken 6 out of 6 points off Arsenal this season. A lot of fans are angry, probably because they actually pay for season tickets, but seriously. I'm way past the stage of being pissed. It's just not happening, and it helps to be a bystander.

I don't think there has been a greater low as a gooner. Ever. Well last season was crap too, but at least the manager brought in someone in january to try and change things and Arshavin lifted the team and helped us to 4th spot. I don't understand why this time, with the right money spent, a player in January could help us win the title. Is a top 4 spot all we are playing for?

Not too much on the game really, because this result was always going to happen. I would act all surprised if something different happened but it didn't.

Liverpool's next and a loss and we're more than just screwed.

Wenger thinks Arsenal were the better team for some periods on the pitch. OMFG is my reaction. We didn't get in behind the defence, we created but missed out on the final ball, when we did get in a good final ball (RARELY), someone there screwed it up.

Indifference is the word. Resignation too. We all knew this 4 game fiasco was coming and did nothing to prepare well for it.

If you need a reason to be positive, then Chelsea face Villa next and United face Everton. But wait, we face Liverpool.
