Alrighty then. There are matches to be played tonight before the rest of the peeps on international duty return to London to prepare for the visit of Citeh.
I'm sure Cesc will be waiting for his mates with wide-opened arms.
I'm pretty settled at my new place. I've been rushing here and there for the past donkey days. Right, since last Thursday actually. Not that I have any reason to rest right now. I think I'll be rushing everyday till the end of May. That's exams for you.
But tonight, the football starved being will watch any football available. I know Arshavin should be playing at 1.23 am (what kind of kick off time is that) and then Ramsey plays Germany for his full international debut at 1.55 am. England plays at 2.55 am with no Arse players as usual so not interested in that one. I think I'll definitely catch Ramsey in action and a bit of Arshavin till it starts and probably flip here and there.
With that said, it is evident that my cable is up and running. I spent a good few days cursing the people who screwed up my cable. Because I chose to position my wardrobe where the original box was located, I had to move the box. And moved it the contractors did and screwed up the wiring. They charged me $70 to move one box. Good thing I called their asses back to fix it right.
The only amusing thing is, in the process of resetting my set-top box (why is it called a 'set-top box' I don't know), I managed to get every channel on the planet. Well not planet but every Starhub cable channel. I was amused. But of course, it didn't last. I turned off the main power and it returned to just sports only. Sad right. If only I knew how to do it again. All I have to do then is to never turn off the main power so that Starhub wouldn't know. Somehow after having to set this and that up you know how the hell the signal gets to your home and how to find a way around it.
For now, I'll just be contented with whatever I've subscribed to. If I didn't have the sports tier I could jump right out my window. I live higher now. Life's a bitch without football. Makes me moody and angry.
